We became aware of three Bandcamp pages under the name Behalf Fiend. We accessed these pages and were honestly very pleased with all the comments regarding the works posted there, since each page posted a different work – something we had never read about any of our own work. However, we want to make it very clear that none of these pages are official and are not managed by the band Behalf Fiend or any member. No band or project linked to the ChoduuS Collective owns or manages individual pages other than those managed by ChoduuS itself. We also became aware of YouTube channels posting complete albums from some of our projects.
We are not here to condemn these posts, as long as they respect the rights of the bands and record labels. Just like us, these labels worked hard to release these works, and we understand that some channels do an interesting job promoting the bands and labels. We not only respect them, but we also follow some of them.
We only disagree with those who make invalid use of these materials without giving due credit to the bands or labels involved in these releases, and who do not include in their posts the proper contact information or links so that those interested can contact those responsible (bands or labels) to try to obtain the Official materials related to those in the posts.
We're not here for fame or money, we just want to spread chaos and watch this world burn, and these invalid posts have no respect. To those of you who have these posts, we recommend that you simply adjust them and continue spreading chaos.
This is the first and last "Warning" post on this matter. We have absolutely no time or interest in monitoring social media or other people's lives, investigating inappropriate posts about our own art. Therefore, it is up to each individual to support or not these invalid posts, and we are not responsible for any harm you may suffer by purchasing anything from unofficial platforms.
However, we have the utmost respect and duty towards those who follow our work, and we want to make it clear that all links to our official communication channels are in the MEDIA menu, in addition to this page, which is the main platform for disseminating information or contacting the entire collective. Therefore, any other means of dissemination are not managed by us.
All releases from the bands and projects engraved below, regardless of whether they were released by other labels, are protected by ChoduuS's copyright. We don't enter into exclusivity contracts and we don't sell our rights; we only license them for releases.
